All companies operate off a standard commission. The rate can go up or down based on things such as the size of the property, types of items, cleanliness, and scheduling requests. We prefer to meet our clients via consultation, which is always free. Then we can determine what route works best for your needs. If hired, we would then organize, stage, market, and conduct your sale for one fee. If by chance there is any additional fees, they will be made known at time of contract signing. But seriously, put away the cleaning supplies and boxes. We can handle the rest!
