Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Dothan Estate Sales website and Facebook page (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). c. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

i. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. ii. Using the Platform to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information. iii. Harassing, intimidating, or harming others. iv. Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code. v. Unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its content. vi. Modifying, adapting, or hacking the Platform. vii. Using the Platform in a manner that may degrade its performance or impair its functionality.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dothan Estate Sales and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
